- Eligibility:
- The contest is open to all interested individuals.
- Participants must be residents of Nepal or hold valid legal residency status.
- Employees, partners, and affiliates of the NPL organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Contest Duration:
- The contest will run throughout the duration of the Nepal Premier League matches, starting from 06/12/2024 to 21/12/2024.
- Predictions made after the cutoff time for each match will not be considered.
- How to Participate:
- Participants must register on the official contest platform (website).
- Each participant can submit only one prediction per match.
- Predictions must include specific details, such as the match winner.
- Scoring and Selection of Winners:
- Points will be awarded based on the highest accuracy of predictions.
- In case of a tie, a random draw or additional tiebreaker criteria will be used to determine the winner.
- Prizes:
- Winners will receive prizes as announced for the contest. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The organizer reserves the right to substitute prizes with equivalent value items if necessary.
- Announcement of Winners:
- Winners will be announced on 22/12/2024 after the completion of the contest period.
- Winners will be notified via the contact details provided during registration.
- If a winner does not respond within three working days, the prize may be forfeited.
- Disqualification:
- Any attempt to cheat, manipulate, or falsify entries will result in immediate disqualification.
- The use of automated systems, bots, or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- If the provided contact details are not accurate, it will result in immediate disqualification.
- Privacy:
- By participating, contestants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the contest.
- The organizer will not share personal information with third parties without explicit consent.
- Content Ownership:
- By submitting predictions or other content, participants grant the organizer the right to use, display, or publish the content in promotional materials related to the contest.
- Liability:
- The organizer is not responsible for technical issues, such as internet outages or server failures, that may prevent participation.
- The organizer will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participation in the contest.
- Changes to Terms:
- The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest or its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

- Governing Law:
